Our Story

Arthur’s is named after our beloved cocker spaniel, Arthur—the inspiration behind the space we’ve created. His gentle nature and joyful spirit capture the warmth and friendliness we want everyone to feel when they walk through our door.

We opened in Cranbrook in 2018 with a simple idea: to bring people together over exceptional coffee and delicious, freshly prepared food. More than a coffee house, we wanted Arthur’s to feel like a home away from home.

Following our refurbishment, our space brings together country charm and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Join us for your morning coffee, a leisurely brunch or lunch, or settle in on Friday and Saturday evenings for small plates, wine and cocktails.

Our food is prepared with care, using quality ingredients and taking inspiration from the seasons. But it’s the people—our customers, our dedicated team and the community around us—who truly make Arthur’s what it is.

And yes, dogs are very welcome too. Arthur wouldn’t have it any other way.
